Hara Model Railway Museum (Part 1)

About two weeks on a beautiful Sunday the family visited the Hara Model Railway Museum. There's more information on the Hara Model Railway Museum available on Wikipedia too. It features a large diorama called "Ichiban Tetsumo Park" (いちばんテツモパーク) and "1 gauge" model trains with approximately 450 meters of track.

The museum isn't very large, approximately 1,200-sqm of exhibition space. After taking a closer look at the railway models on display it is clear that Hara-san had a deep appreciation and passion for train technology and related railway culture around the world.
